Emily Skye is a fitness and health blogger who also recently became a new mom. She's using that life change as an opportunity to show women what the real "bounce back" body looks like. Comparing her postpartum body to her pre-baby body to give people realistic expectations, she constantly puts her stomach pooch on display, talks about her saggy skin, and encourages anyone following along to use exercise as a tool for strength and energy, and not to fit in.

One of her captions: "For me this whole “snap back” idea is unrealistic - it’s taking me hard work, consistency and patience. I’ve got a saggy belly, extra body fat, cellulite, stretch marks & I’ve lost a lot of muscle but my abs are still under there when I flex my butt off haha! Many people have told me things like: “your body is ruined” and “your body will never be the same”. - You’re right, it will be BETTER!"
