Multiverse At The National Gallery Of Art In Washington, D.C.
Multiverse at Washington D.C.'s National Gallery of Art is an immense LED installation encompassing the concourse walkway between the east and west buildings of the museum. Created by American artist Leo Villareal in 2008, it really does look like a universe — one consisting of 41,000 LED lights running along the entirety of the 200-foot-long space.
