It's almost that time again. If you're anything like me, you sit down and make resolutions each January and then don't look at them again until the following year.

But, even if your resolutions aren't at the forefront of your mind, it's still a healthy exercise to reflect on your life and set goals for the future. So healthy, in fact, that starting the habit young with your kids will help them get into a good routine of goal setting, tracking, and success.
