What are you most proud of with Girlboss?
We are a company that's one and a half years old, but the book was written in 2014 and over the course of those years, the hashtag #girlboss has been used 12 million times on Instagram. There is a community that built itself after the book and after my podcast launched, and we're just meeting her there. We’re very lucky to not be struggling to put something out there that we hope people care about — we know they care about it and now we’re just building our business around what she’s telling us she wants. It’s the women in our community that are inspiring us, and talking to us constantly about what they want from Girlboss, and how we can provide more for them. At our very best it’s not our advice per say, it’s connecting these women to one another for them to provide resources, tools, and advice to one another.
