How do you define self-care?
Self-care is a mode of thinking that requires taking time to cultivate the rituals and activities that make you feel really nourished as a person. And knowing what those things are, because it’s not the same for everybody. It is taking the time to slow down and reflect, not compare ourselves, and invest in the things that make us feel confident, perform at our best, and bring our very best to everything that we do. You can do that in really easy ways, it doesn't have to take a ton of your time. Even doing small things like what I'm doing with Invisalign — I mean, it’s virtually invisible! I've been wanting to fix my bottom teeth for a while and it's such an easy way to feel like I'm investing in myself.
