We don't need to tell you that MTV's Plain Jane host Louise Roe has a major thing for the '70s—just look at her! The makeover queen, who's made small screen appearances on The City as well as on the red carpet as a correspondent for E!, oozes love chid style with a penchant for vibrant colors, shimmering sequins and haute hippie-style headbands.

So, just what is her most treasured wardrobe item? Well, don't tell Louise's mom, but it's a vintage Frank Usher sequined top "borrowed" from mother. Louise says:

It's quite '70s! It's got these huge gold sequins on it, and it kind of shimmers and shakes, makes a noise when you walk. It's super glam.
What else can't Louise live without? The StyleBistro guest editor recently picked up a high-waisted, ruffled leather skirt from Lublu in LA—"loving a bit of leather at the moment"—and adores, but is afraid to wear, a pair of vintage Biba leopard print platforms picked up at a vintage store in London. She says:

I'm afraid they'll fall apart because they're so old, but they're just gorgeous to look at.
