Put it All Together
Once you've selected your goals, write down your specific quantifiable approach to achieving them. Put it somewhere you can see — on your fridge, at your desk, next to your bed — and set an alert on your phone to review your progress every month. Don't beat yourself up if you falter, it's never too late to start over. Besides, the goal isn't to be perfect by 2019, the goal is to just be better.
