Runway models weren't the only ones in the spotlight at BCBG Max Azria this morning. As an excited (and extremely well-dressed) crowd poured through the doors, the front row slowly filled up one-by-one as stylish stars trickled in.

Former Victoria's Secret Angel Selita Ebanks showed up in a punchy printed dress. Model-slash-actress Jessica White looked out-of-this-world in metallic. And both actress Daisy Fuentes (who wasn't afraid to rock white after Labor Day) and Dania Ramirez were pristine and polished for the event.

It was Whitney Port, though, who stole everyone's attention—seriously, we were thisclose to her, and we could barely make the reality-TV-star-designer out among the sea of paparazzi and blinding lights around her.

The designs were just as enchanting as the stars who came out to watch the show. Here are our five favorite looks:

Heavenly Harnesses:

A reoccuring theme throughout the show, each sleek sheath was strapped in with a futuristic harness. Before the show, the backstage team fitted each model to make sure her brace was nice and secure.

Gothic Romance:

While floral prints are usually peppy and bright for spring, we love how this one-sleeved dress gives the pattern a dark and mysterious twist.

Luxe Leather:

This season, it was all about "summer leather," and we're pleased to see next year's no different.

In the Bag:

One part briefcase, two parts gorgeous, we dub this sharp carryall "secretary chic."

Tousled tresses:

Yesterday, before the show, we popped by the BCBG showroom to watch the brands' stylists test-run their beauty routines one last time before the main event.

To get the unfussy rolled-out-bed waves, they spritzed two-inch sections of hair with Bumble & Bumble thickening hairspray and blow-dried the damp locks with a big round brush.

While the hair was still warm, the stylist coiled and clipped up the sections, as seen below.

Once the hair set, they finished the look with a little teasing and a zigzag part. Simple and chic, no?
