24. Write A List Of All The Things Your Body Can Do
To begin looking at your body as a tool and not just decoration, make a running list of all the cool things your body can do everyday. Does it run after your kids? Does it walk you through city blocks to work? Does it help you create? Play the piano? Make delicious meals? Make a list and read it on the days you're not loving yourself.
