18. Don't Stop Yourself From Trying New Things
Don't limit yourself just because you have a certain body type. If you're worried you won't be able to keep up in spin class or won't be able to stretch it out in yoga, push yourself all the more to try it. Once you see you can definitely last a 30 minute class, you'll realize there's so much more your body can do if only you allowed it.
