11. Stop Blaming Your Body For Your Problems
There's this misconception that we don't have XYZ because we don't have the body we wish we did. We're single, or unhappy, or unmotivated because that one size is forever elusive, and everything will fall into place once we can shop in the "small" section at the store.

But that's not true- you can have all the happiness and success in the world and still be whatever shape you're in. Not being unrealistically buff doesn't mean you don't deserve success or love. It's just an excuse we cling to, and it allows us to not try to get it in the first place.
