30. Reinforce To Yourself That We All Have Different Bodies
For me, my game changer happened when I realized I'm built the way I'm built and that's perfectly fine because we all have different bodies. I have sturdy, thick legs that always annoyed me to no end when I put on dresses or skirts. Especially when I'd compare them to all the pencil-thin ballerina legs I saw on Instagram.

But here's the thing: the Instagram model is svelte and thin, I'm sturdy, my best friend is muscular, and you might be short or seven feet all. We're all built different. My body will never be able to be svelte because that's just not in my genetics - so I need to stop trying to cram a square peg into a circle hole and love what I have.

And you can, too.
