22. Wear One Piece Of Clothing That Scares You
Okay, I know this sounds insane. But if you hate your legs, put on a mini dress. If you're insecure about your tummy, put on a clingy jersey top. If you don't care for your arms, go sleeveless one night. Why? Because you'll try it, feel miserably insecure for about 40 minutes, and then have a fabulous time. 

It'll teach you that your insecurities are all authored by you, and they only stop you when you let them. Instead, lean in to them and show yourself nothing will happen.
