Are you constantly seeking out "Bikini Body" workout videos and exercise plans? Rather than focusing on classes that make you feel like your body is a work in progress towards a super-model size, change your mindset. 

Avoid that kind of wording, and instead veer towards plans that encourage you to become stronger, not skinnier. Choose workouts that empower you and make you feel as strong as Xena the Warrior Princess; not ones that guilt you into eating carrot sticks for dinner because you need to slip into a bikini in eight months.
