1. Throw Out All Your "One Day" Clothes
You know that one dress you bought while on sale, but was a size too small? And you've had it for about three years now and never worn it, but you're saving it for that one month you actually give up cheese and lose half your body weight? Yea, forget that dress.

You don't need that kind of negativity in your life! Your body is not a "before" picture- you don't actually have to change anything. Throw out that glaring symbol and move on.
