23. Change Your Relationship With Food
Rather than seeing food as the enemy and eating healthy things as a way to get skinny, change your perspective. Greens aren't a punishment you have to eat in order to fit into skinny jeans. Food is fuel, and if you want to be strong and powerful you need good fuel to keep killing it. Once you start looking at food as energy that makes the vehicle that is your body move, your outlook will totally change.
