The 83rd Annual Academy Awards did not disappoint. Hollywood royal Nicole Kidman took our breath away, pairing her Dior Couture gown with Fred Leighton's 150-carat 19th Century diamond necklace Riviere necklace. Nicole wore the long strand of old-mine diamonds as a choker, with a string of sparkling rocks trailing down her open back.
Over the years, Nicole Kidman has been nominated for multiple Oscars and in 2002, finally won one for The Hours. She's a unique beauty who walks the red carpet with grace and confidence. Nicole prefers a lean silhouette and anything with ribbons and bows.
The 83rd Annual Academy Awards were held February 27, 2011 at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood. James Franco and Anne Hathaway hosted the festivities, which honored the best films of 2010. Hathaway, who employed her stylist gal pal Rachel Zoe to dress her for the event, looked fabulous as always. And as well she should: Zoe's fee was reportedly astronomical!
