What to Wear: Day of the Dead

(Photos: Gonzalo/Bauer Griffin, Stylebop)

Don't panic, but two-day Mexican national holiday Day of the Dead begins November 1, and you've been so busy figuring out your not-Miley Cyrus costume that you've totally spaced. While Dia de las Muertos die-hards will be sporting vibrant serapes, sombreros, and elaborate skull face makeup (not dissimilar to that of Sandra Bullock's feat of cosmetics, above) you can still feel a part of the holiday. Just go head-to-toe skull-crazy on your get-up, and feel free to be a little smug about the fact that you'll be repurposing the separates that comprise this costume all year-long.
