Skip The Shampoo
Though it may be tempting to wash your hair every time you workout, your locks will be much better off without it. Excessively shampooing your hair will dry it out, and also strip it of its natural oils. You may feel greasy at first, but we promise you'll be able to "train" your hair to withstand longer periods of time between washes. It just take a little bit of patience.
