23. Ianthe
Ianthe, which means "purple flower," is in the same family as names like Violet, Lavender, and Lilac, although it seems that much more exotic. In ancient Greek mythology, she was daughter to Oceanus, the god who ruled the sea. She was so beautiful that when she died, the gods made ethereal purple flowers sprout around her grave.
