New Year's resolutions are nothing new, but maybe our approach to them should be. Resolutions are usually about changes you want to make to your life — be it to your body or your bank account — and while we always support making positive changes, these resolutions aren't always driving you to the healthiest place.

Kait Hurley, the founder of the Move + Meditate Method and co-founder of the KAIT app, has made it her mission to shift women's wellness focus to be more mindful, and therefore more healthy too.
