Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has inspired a new line of clothing. The rocker-influenced Andrew Charles collection hits stores next month and will be available exclusively at Macy's. Tommy HIlfiger's brother Andy thought up the new line and convinced the American Idol judge to be the face of the collection. Featuring gypsy, boho and classic rock elements, the line promises to have pieces for men and women of all ages. Tyler's daughter Chelsea even stars in its ad campaign.
Christian Louboutin sees red, loses to YSL.
Christian Louboutin has lost its battle against YSL. Back in April, Louboutin sued for trademark infringment over the use of its signature scarlet soles, but the judge in the case ruled in YSL's favor, explaining, "Because in the fashion industry color serves ornamental and aesthetic functions vital to robust competition, the court finds that Louboutin is unlikely to be able to prove that its red outsole brand is entitled to trademark protection." Check out The Cut for details on the case.
