1. Excessive Bliauts
Bliauts were those medieval dresses that had sleeves that dangled all the way down to the ground, and they were originally reserved for only people in the highest ranks in society (like princesses.) The idea was that the wearer never had to do any work with their hands, seeing how those floor-dragging sleeves would get in the way of everything - from cooking over a fire to doing just about anything outside (imagine the amount of mud you would drag in.) But as you can imagine, the impracticality of it probably was somewhat irritating.
