Don't Watch TV In Bed
Falling asleep with the TV on while in bed disturbs your sleep, said Dr. Smarr. The blue light from electronics suppresses your body’s natural production of melatonin, which can make it harder to get to sleep. Dr. Smarr recommends cutting off all electronics 30-60 minutes before bedtime, so your body naturally knows it's time to sleep.
