Yoga
Yoga is great for anxiety in a few ways. For starters, you're moving and anxiety hates a body that moves. Secondly, you're breathing and focusing on your center. When you're in touch with your body in such an intimate way you have better control over how you deal with and process things. I'm not suggesting yoga will completely eliminate your anxiety, but it will help you fight it in a healthy way.
