Remember Not Every Day Is Going To Be Perfect
When discussing common mistakes she sees her clients make, Abby reminded us, "that everyone has bad days/weeks. Life gets in the way. Even small changes can turn into huge gains, so just keep going - as long as you're moving forward, you're good." As advice she says, "I think it's important to first take a step back to see where you are and where you'd like to go in terms of health and diet. Ask yourself if your ultimate goal is realistic and will work with your particular lifestyle."

Not every day is going to be perfect, but the important part is that you're making positive changes. Love yourself and do your best — that's all that you can do!
