Pack Your Own Snacks
It's awesome that many companies are providing snacks and drinks for employees, but that doesn't mean they're always healthy. While the occasional pastry or bag of chips isn't bad, it probably shouldn't be a daily thing. Therefore, pack your own snacks so that you know you always have healthy options on hand.
