Limit Drinking
Listen, we're not saying you have to cut out drinking all together if you don't want to (a girl has to live, am I right?), but even limiting it will do wonders for your health. It's so often that one casual glass of wine with dinner turns into two or three, so consider making small changes like cutting out alcohol during the week and saving it as a treat on the weekend.
