Walk It Out
If you have a job where you sit all day, make it a priority to get up once an hour to stretch and walk around. You don't need to do aerobics in the middle of your office, just reach your arms above your head or bend down and touch your toes. Walk to the kitchen to grab some more water or even head outside if you have the chance.
