Welcome back to the 2013 StyleBistro Awards! Since no outfit is complete without the accoutrements (a.k.a. jewelry, bags, and shoes), we've rounded up five accessories designers who have created stellar collections over the past year.

Take a look at our picks and vote for who you think should win Best Accessories Designer of the Year in our poll, below. (Pssst... The winners will be announced on August 26th.)

Giuseppe Zanotti Design
: For the record, no one—and we mean no one—constructs footwear as sexy and swoon-worthy (and comfortable!) as this Italian designer. In fact, it's virtually impossible to think of an A-lister who hasn't been papped in a pair of his gilded pumps, bedecked booties, and embossed sandals. Seriously, they're like jewelry for your feet. (And the accompanying bags aren't too bad either!)

Pamela Love
: We love toughening up our fancy frocks with edgy and eclectic jewelry, which is precisely why we keep this Brooklyn-based designer's pieces in regular rotation. Deriving inspiration from American folklore, medieval Europe, and north African tribal art, did you know that all of Love's materials are sustainably sourced and locally produced? Talk about a bad girl gone good!

Alexis Bittar
: Having gone from peddling his wares on the gritty streets of NYC all the way to the glitzy aisles of Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, our hearts literally skip a beat every time our eyes spy a Bittar bangle or bauble. Winner of the 2010 CFDA Accessories Designer of the Year award, his uber-cool collection of colorfully embellished lucite, resin, and acrylic costume jewelry is perfect for jazzing up all of your LBD's and date-night looks.

Lia Sophia
: Every in-the-know fashionista worth her weight in designer duds is already up on the well-deserved Lia Sophia hype. (In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a fashion editor in Manhattan who doesn't have several Lia Sophia pieces in her jewelry box.) Their luxe-looking, ornate statement pieces all have this incredibly antique, estate sort of aesthetic, which easily elevates even the simplest of outfits.

Christian Louboutin
: You can spot that telltale red sole a mile away, whether it's underneath a classic suede pump sashaying down the sidewalk or a pair of bondage-style booties making their way up the red carpet. We're beyond obsessed with any and everything created by the devilishly handsome French designer, including his recently expanded collection of bags (which all, as expected, come complete with that lust-worthy red detailing as well).

Now, the hard part—time to vote for the collection you covet the most! (Oh, if you haven't already, take a minute to vote in all of our other categories, too!)
