You know when makeup residue gets all over your cosmetics bag? Or when heated styling tools get coated in goop from all of your products? It's easy to make a mess with your beauty routine and tough to keep things clean. No one knows this better than celebrity hair and makeup artist Sunnie Brook Jones, who has worked with stars such as Lana Del Rey, Chrissy Teigen and Hailee Steinfeld. At a recent event for Mr. Clean, Brook revealed how the all-in-one scrubbing tool usually used for kitchen counters and outdoor patios can solve every imaginable beauty spill.

One of my best kept secret tips is the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. In fact, flying here [to New York], I had foundation explode all over my nice Tumi bag, which I just got, and I took one of those sponges, made it wet and was able to clean out my bag. I use it on my curling irons for all the product buildup—you just need the eraser and you're done. To activate it, you have to wet it to get the tiny scrubbers in there, otherwise it's not going to work. I use it on my makeup bag to remove residue, mascara, eye shadow and any other fallout from product. It takes it right off. Plus, I don't have to use any harsh chemicals like bleach and it's effortless, which is really nice."
