11. Chill Out
Believe it or not, suffering from stress can totally affect your gut. Think about it though, haven't you noticed that you tend to get sick during times of stress or total exhaustion? Remember! — a huge part of your immune system functions out of your gut.

Chronic stress wears down the exact bacteria that's suppose to help cope with that stress in the first place, so it's good for your mental AND physical health to incorporate calming exercises throughout your day. Eat healthy food, take your probiotic, but don't forget to manage your stress as well!
