5. Ditch The Bad Stuff
This seems like a no brainer right? Before you start introducing all these new foods or supplements, eliminate the bad stuff! 

Eat organic, whole foods without preservatives or added chemicals whose names you can't even pronounce, and try to avoid simple carbs like white bread and potatoes, excessive alcohol and coffee, refined sugar, and of course processed foods.
