Make A Pie Crust Shield
Baking pies can sometimes be tricky, where you need to keep the pastry in the oven longer to get the center cooked properly, but that might result in burnt edges. Protect your pie from getting charred by creating a crust shield out of aluminum foil. It will go directly over the crust, protecting it from the heat while the rest of the pie bakes.
