As you would probably expect, "exercising more" was the most popular New Year's resolution (59%). At the beginning of the year there is a huge spike in new gym memberships, and classes are always fully packed. Yet, by March, you'll see these crowds thinning out, which is great for regular patrons, but also shows that this resolution is difficult to keep. If this is your resolution, try signing up for a service like ClassPass, where for a monthly fee you get a certain amount of credits that you can use toward various types of classes. This allows you to have variety and explore the types exercise you like best.
