Following an indulgent holiday season, many start the new year with the intent to start eating healthier. The thing is, that's a pretty broad goal, and for that reason it's easy for people to fall off. Instead, start by picking one or two things that you can do to eat healthier — like signing up for your local CSA or simply meal prepping vegetables for the week. If you're willing to spend a little money, you can also sign up for a meal delivery service that'll take away a lot of the effort.
