3. Ask for Help
It's okay if you're overwhelmed. It's okay if you just need to spend a few minutes locked in a room without the sound of a screaming baby. If you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed, it's important to know that it's okay to ask for help. Ask your partner, ask your mom, ask a friendly neighbor — whatever you need, someone will more than likely be happy to help. Give yourself a break, already!
