As much as downing half a pizza, as opposed to eating salad, always feels like the best choice, it’s not necessarily the “right” choice. Like any machine, our bodies need to be fed the good stuff if we want it to work well and look good. So while there will never be a “wrong” time for pizza, eating better, at least most of the time, will transform you in ways you didn’t even know possible — and those transformations will be awesome.
