5. Ditch the coffee in favor of something better
As much as we all love coffee, sometimes it doesn’t always make us feel the best. While you may not be able to part with your daily cup, for your second drink of the day consider instead some tea, fresh juice or water. Feeling good about your body doesn’t just come mean taking care of the outside, the inside matters too.
