6. Burnt Ends from Smokehouse 21
The burnt ends at Smokehouse 21 are no joke, and if you get there too late, you'll probably be straight out of luck — they run out fast, especially on busy weekend nights. It's not surprising though, given that they're smoked for several hours, then they're given a second rub with a caramelizing brown sugar finish before they're braised in the oven. They're a labor of love, that's for sure. Pro tip: Get them with a side of mac and cheese and your life will be made.
