4. Pieces That Don't Make You Love Your Body
We all have bits that we're trying to learn how to love, and on some days we're able to embrace our imperfections and others we feel down on ourselves. In order to make sure you don't hate on your body more than you have to, toss out anything that makes you grumble about your silhouette. 

Homework: Say you haven't made peace with your legs yet, and every time you put on a mini skirt you can't help but mentally berate yourself. Until you've learned how to love your thighs, just get rid of all the minis in your closet. If you don't enjoy wearing them and you don't feel beautiful while donning them, then there's no reason for you to keep them.
