1. Anything That Doesn't Fit
The next thing you need to weed out is any item of clothing that doesn't fit properly. If it doesn't zip all the way, makes it hard to breathe, gives you camel toe, or makes it hard for you to raise your hands, out it goes.

Homework: You already know which pieces don't fit properly (we always do,) so to finally convince yourself to toss them, perform an experiment. Take them out of your closet and try them on, testing their limits. Sit down in a chair, and then crouch down like you're picking up a pen. Raise your arms like you're dancing and then sit cross legged. If you feel the item pinch, slip, create a wedgie, or hurt in any way, into the "donate" pile it goes.

Why? Because not only will lit make you uncomfortable, but we well know that ill-fitting clothes don't make us look great, so why subject yourself to a sub-par outfit?

And if that doesn't work, force yourself to wear the items exclusively for the next two weeks. The misery you'll feel having your jeans pinch into your hips and the tight dress squeeze you like an anaconda will finally convince you to let go.
