Get Those Fists Pumping Because 'Jersey Shore' Is Back
Say it with me now: Gym. Tan. Laundry
If you've been feeling a Jersey Shore void in your life ever since the last season aired in 2012, you're about to feel whole again because the fist-bumping, binge-drinking cast is back with a new installment of the infamous franchise.
Last night during the premiere of MTV's new Jersey Shore-esq show Floribama Shore, viewers received the surprise announcement in a 10-second video complete with Snooki narrating the line: "We're back, bitches."
While the exact details of the show are still unknown, what we do know is that the series will premiere in 2018 and will be called Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Does this mean the cast will be appearing with their baby guidos and guidettes? If so, expect to see the pint-sized reality stars rocking glorious amounts of hairspray too.
The soon-to-be reunited cast took to Twitter after the announcement, undoubtedly fist pumped about their return.
Can we take a moment to recognize Vinny's hashtag? #MakeRealityTVGreatAgain. (Ok, back to our regularly scheduled programing.)
There is one original cast member who reportedly will not be joining the new series: Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola. We're not exactly sure why, but we can speculate it has something to do with her ex-boyfriend, Ronnie. Guess we'll be missing out on that ultra dramatic story line — womp womp.
Stay glued to MTV and Twitter for more information, and until then, we suggest you get back on your GTL grind.
