Here's How You Can Help Those Affected By The California Wildfires
Every little bit counts.
Currently, massive wildfires are devastating both Northern and Southern California, destroying homes and displacing thousands upon thousands of people and animals. Firefighters are working tirelessly to contain the fires, but with the Camp Fire in the Sacramento area only 40% contained, and the Woosley Fire near Ventura at 57%, there is still a long way to go. Whether you live in the state of California or not, it's easy to feel helpless in the wake of this tragedy, but luckily there are ways you can help. Keep reading for a few of the many organizations where you can donate and help those affected.
American Red Cross — The American Red Cross is providing shelter, food, and relief to those affected by the fires. You can either donate online here, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS. You can also text RED CROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
California Community Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund — The CCF Wildfire Relief Fund provides immediate and long-term assistance to individuals and communities affected by the wildfires. Donate here.
California Fire Foundation —The California Fire Foundation is giving direct aid and financial assistance to victims of the fires through their SAVE program, which supplies $100 Mastercard gift cards. Donate here.

3 Fish Studios — The husband and wife pair behind 3 Fish Studios are selling a California Wildfire Fundraising Bundle for $35, with 100% of the purchase price being donated to wildfire relief efforts. The bundle includes various prints and cards, and can be purchased here.
