13. Make A Morning To-Do List Before Bed
If all you have to do in the AM is brush your teeth and scramble out the door, then there's not much incentive in waking up earlier. But if you make a to-do list the night before revolving around what you want to achieve in the morning (like eat a muffin, read a chapter of your book, or do yoga) then you'll turn off that alarm knowing you have a jam-packed hour of productivity ahead of you. It'll get you moving.
