19. Try Not To Drink Alcohol Too Close To Bed Time
Alcohol disturbs your sleep cycle and ends up being a strong factor as to why you wake up sluggish, so try to avoid it on the days you have to wake up early. And if you just can't say no to that glass of red with your dinner, try to drink it sooner rather than later - like at 6:30 rather than 8:30. That way there'll be time for it to get out of your system.
