Pinot Grigio is a light and crisp white wine with mineral and pear undertones. 

Pinot Grigio pairs with seafood like shrimp and scallops, as well as lighter pasta and chicken dishes. It also goes well with fresh herbs and milder Asian dishes such a coconut milk-based curries.
