Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp and refreshing white wine with tropical and tart flavors over earthy undertones.

In addition to delicate fishes and oysters, Sauvignon Blanc pairs wonderfully with Greek food and tangy dairy flavors. It is also excellent with goat cheese, pesto, and green vegetables like asparagus and artichokes.
