5. Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is a lighter red wine, with leathery and earthly flavors.

Trying pairing Pinot Noir with duck, pungent poultry, or spicy pork. Warm spices like cinnamon and cumin also do great, as well as mushrooms and truffles. Since Pinot Noir is an earthy wine, it's only natural that it pairs well with earthy legumes like lentils as well.
