'Mona Lisa Smile'
This romantic drama featuring Julia Roberts as a new art history professor at a prestigious women's college circa 1953 is a must-watch. As a feminist and fan of Dead Poets Society, I'll personally attest to the convention-shirking goodness of Mona Lisa Smile (although the privileges of "white girl feminism" are at an all-time high here). And yet, if only we could all have had college professors as good as Julia Roberts in this film!
